St George Illawarra has moved six points clear at the top of league's NRL after a 26-12 home win over the Melbourne Storm. Wendell Sailor picked up a double, while Brett Morris, Beau Scott and Jon Green also scored for the high flying Dragons.

North Queensland ended Gold Coast's long unbeaten home run with a 34-18 win at Skilled Park. The Cowboys inspired by Matt Bowen scored six tries to three to move up to fifth on the table.
