High profile wide receiver Terrell Owens has signed with the Cincinnati Bengals for the 2010-11 NFL season.

The Cincinnati Bengals have signed controversial wide receiver Terrell Owens for the upcoming NFL season.

Owens, who previously had high profile but controversial stints with San Francisco, Philadelphia, Dallas and Buffalo, will join a team that ranked 26th out of the 32 teams in passing offense last season.

He will give quarterback Carson Palmer a proven target and join fellow flamboyant star Chad Ochocinco in the receiving corps.

The Bengals have already taken a step to improve their offense this off-season by signing former San Francisco, Cleveland and Tampa Bay wide receiver Antonio Bryant to a four-year deal.
