Pietersen carries England to whitewash

England's gone some way to extinguishing memories of their 3-0 test series whitewash against Pakistan, romping to a 4-0 whitewash with a four wicket win in the final one dayer.

Kevin Pietersen hit a second successive hundred to help England to chase down a target of 239 with four balls to spare in Dubai.

England now overtakes Pakistan at number five on the world one-day rankings.
