The Black Caps are at full fitness for today's Twenty20 warm up match against Australia in Colombo. There were serious concern for both Brendon McCullum and Kyle Mills after they had a sickening collision in their match against India earlier this week. McCullum says they're both fortunate to be okay. "It was probably 'Millsy's' catch. I didn't realise he was there at the time and we certainly didn't hear each other call so it was one of these freak occurrences and I guess we're both very thankful that neither of us are too badly injured. It was a pretty horrific incident at the time." It's the Black Caps penultimate match before the World Cup, with play starting at four o'clock. |
