More spin to negotiate for Black Caps

Share |

By: Nick Walker | Cricket News | Sunday September 23 2012 15:46

The Black Caps will face their second big challenge against spin in as many games in their Twenty20 World Cup encounter against Pakistan tonight.

Pakistan's spearheaded by the world's top-ranked bowler in Saeed Ajmal.

Kiwi skipper Ross Taylor says the fact they survived 14 overs of spin against Bangladesh on the same pitch doesn't mean much.

"It didn't spin as much as we thought it might so with it being the second time it plays it could spin a little bit more but we'll just have to wait and see."

Play's scheduled to get underway at 10pm.
