American Brandt Snedeker has won the US PGA Tour Championship claiming a $12 million bonus for capturing the FedEx Cup playoff title. Snedeker's carded a final round two under par 68 to finish on 10 under, three shots clear of England's Justin Rose. He was among five players who could have claimed the playoff crown and bonus money simply with a victory in the 30-man showdown. Snedeker says he had great confidence in what he was doing on course. Snedeker's wife is due to give birth to a baby boy and this week's Ryder Cup will be his last tournament of the season.
