NRL: Warriors with a point to prove

The Warriors have an important point to prove in tonight's NRL encounter with the Cowboys in Townsville.

The visitors are riding a five game losing streak, and will officially dip out of the race for the finals if they lose any of their final four games.

Prop Jacob Lillyman says after last week's humiliating loss the the Sharks, they want to put things right.

"A bit of redemption, you know everyone has been walking around with their head down in shame after the weekend and we just want to get out there and earn some pride back."

Kickoff is at 9.30.
