SBW all clear to return to NRL

Sonny Bill Williams has been cleared to return to the NRL.

The Australian Rugby League Commission has finally registered his contract after he signed with the Roosters back on November 13.

However interim chief executive Shane Mattiske can expect a fine in the new year after failing to follow regulations in recording and supplying information.
