The Warriors remain undecided whether Manu Vatuvei will go under the knife. The winger was a late withdrawal from the NRL side to face the Sharks at the weekend after tearing ligaments in his knee against the Panthers. Warriors coach Brian McClennan says they're seeing how Vatuvei is over the next couple of days before deciding the next step. "We're going to make a decision on Thursday, whether we just keep with rehab and he's a chance for being right for North Queensland or the game after, or whether we just do a quick operation." Brian McClennan says Micheal Luck and Ben Matulino are also carrying injuries but this bye week should help them recover. Photo: Photosport |
