Kiwi driver Hayden Paddon may have had a baptism of fire in his first SWRC race at the Rally of Sweden but he remains confident he can still win this year's championship.
Paddon lost eight minutes when his car slid off the road and into a snow bank but recovered to finish the rally in fourth.
He says everything was foreign for him but he's learning quickly.
Paddon says it was one of the more difficult rally's he's done because it was his first race in the new car and the first time on snow.
Paddon's next race is the Rally of Portugal next month.
