2012 likely last NZ race

It looks like April's Hamilton 400 will be the last round of the V8 Supercars staged in New Zealand.

V8 Supercars boss Tony Cochrane has confirmed to Radio Sport no other venue has stepped in to replace the Hamilton street circuit.

He says regrettably they don't have an answer for 2013 or beyond.

Cochrane says any replacement circuit here would have to be confirmed by June at the latest and the clock is ticking.
