Kirkpatrick warns Pulse about funding

As he prepares to leave the franchise, outgoing Chairman Nigel Kirkpatrick has message for the Central Pulse.

After years of financial under-performance, Kirkpatrick warns the Pulse can no longer bank on Netball New Zealand to help prop them up, as has been the case in previous years

Kirkpatrick says they need to be paying for themselves.

He says the Pulse have been able to reduce their losses in the last couple of years and he's confident they'll break even for the first time in 2012.
