A simple formula for the new CEO of the ANZ Championship.
Andrew Crook's had over a week with his feet under the new desk familiarising himself with the competition issues and people.
He says his initial efforts, not including trying to remember people's names, are targeting smooth competitions.
He says first and foremost it's about delivering a good pre-season tournament, and then the championship proper.
Crook says he'll wait until he's fully got his head around the job before making any radical decisions.
