The Crusaders are restructuring their coaching set up for the 2013 Super Rugby season, increasing the team from three to four. The current trio are being retained, with Todd Blackadder remaining head coach, Dave Hewett continuing as assistant forwards coach and Daryl Gibson taking up the responsibility for team defence. They will advertise externally for an attack coach. Blackadder says their defence and attack misfired in 2012 because there was too much cross-pollination between the three coaches and it didn't get the attention it deserves. Todd Blackadder says they will search globally for their attack coach. Photo: Photosport |
