Ranger keeps up boxing training

Share |

By: Guy Heveldt | Rugby News | Wednesday January 23 2013 6:37

Rene Ranger is continuing his boxing training to aid his rugby.

The Blues wing took part in the Fight For Life last month, losing to rugby league's Greg Bird at the charity event.

Ranger says he's continued the training because it put him in such good shape.

He says he did it for five weeks and it's great fitness to help with losing unnecessary weight.

Rene Ranger, who's been through his fair share of off-field incidents, says he hopes Zac Guildford gets the right support to bounce back from his latest drama.
