Rooney to start against Ukraine

England manager Roy Hodgson has confirmed Wayne Rooney will start in their final Euro 2012 group match against Ukraine.

Rooney has been unavailable for their first two matches after being suspended for five weeks.

In this morning's matches Italy still has a chance to advance out of group C, however they must beat Republic of Ireland.

Spain and Croatia could both go through to the quarter finals with a draw.

Both matches kick off at 6.45.
