Wellington teams through to Chatham Cup semis

Two Wellington teams are through to the semi-finals of New Zealand football's Chatham Cup.

Miramar Rangers and Lower Hutt City have had contrasting quarter-final wins.

Miramar's thrashed Dunedin Tech 5-1 in the capital, while Lower Hutt City's overcome Birkenhead 3-2 in Auckland.

Central United and Caversham will join them in the semi-final draw.

Central's downed Eastern Suburbs two-nil in Auckland and Caversham's beaten Manukau City 3-1 in Dunedin.
