"Attitude" is the All Blacks' word of the week ahead of the third test against Ireland in Hamilton this weekend. The word has been used frequently during the first two days of the test week. First five Aaron Cruden says it's an area where the Irish were better in the second test. "The Irish really showed us you have to bring the attitude and they probably beat us in that department in last weekend's game. So that's what we're focusing on this week, the boys are pretty hungry to rip into each other at training, and they'll be just as hungry come Saturday night against the Irish." Cruden is among a handful of All Blacks hoping for a change or two for Saturday night's third test against Ireland. The Manawatu pivot has seen just a handful of minutes in the first test before watching the entire second test from the bench. Cruden says those who haven't played yet are eager and ready. "Few young guys that haven't had a run yet, so hopefully if they get the chance you know I'm sure they'll be nipping at the buds to put the black jersey on.Hopefully we'll see a few changes but I think the test we got last weekend, there'll definitely be a few the main guys in there as well." The All Blacks have the day off, with the team for the third test revealed early tomorrow morning. |
