British boxers David Haye and Dereck Chisora are suspected of committing offences that could carry prison sentences following their Munich brawl.

Haye is suspected of grievous bodily harm - a crime which, if proven, carries a prison sentence of six months to 10 years.

Haye threw a tripod during the brawl.

Chisora is under suspicion of malicious injury, which carries a jail sentence of up to five years.

Prosecutors say Haye left the country on a plane before he could be questioned by police.

He been unable to be tracked down since the scrap at a media conference following Chisora's bout with Vitali Klitschko.

Haye's vowing to assist authorities in enquiries however.

He's suspected of grievous bodily harm.

Haye says in a statement - as read on Sky News - he'll co-operate.
