British boxers David Haye and Dereck Chisora are suspected of committing offences that could carry prison sentences following their Munich brawl.
Haye is suspected of grievous bodily harm - a crime which, if proven, carries a prison sentence of six months to 10 years.
Haye threw a tripod during the brawl.
Chisora is under suspicion of malicious injury, which carries a jail sentence of up to five years.
Prosecutors say Haye left the country on a plane before he could be questioned by police.
He been unable to be tracked down since the scrap at a media conference following Chisora's bout with Vitali Klitschko.
Haye's vowing to assist authorities in enquiries however.
He's suspected of grievous bodily harm.
Haye says in a statement - as read on Sky News - he'll co-operate.
He says he will help with boxing authorities into their investigation.
