Olympic swimming champ retires at 23

Double Olympic champion Rebecca Adlington has retired from swimming at the age of just 23.

Adlington won two gold medals at the Beijing Olympics in 2008 but could only muster two bronzes in London.

She says she can no longer keep pace with an increasingly younger generation of swimmers.
