The New Zealand Olympic Committee has named a further two athletes to the London Games team, one of which has been the most contentious. Weightlifter Richie Patterson and New Zealand tennis number one Marina Erakovic can now book their tickets to London. While Patterson's selection was relatively straight forward, Erakovic's has been hotly debated. Tennis New Zealand has managed to convince the NZOC she's capable of a top 16 finish in London due to her record on grass and her performances against top 10 players in the last year.
