Ben Fouhy is in top form less than two weeks out from the the Oceania kayaking champs, which double as an Olympic qualifier.
The 2004 silver medallist has won three titles at the national championships in Rotorua.
Fouhy says his four second win in the K1 1000 was the most pleasing result.
He says it's the biggest margin of victory he's ever achieved in the event at the nationals.
Fouhy will compete in both the K1 1000 and the K1 200 at the Oceania champs in Penrith next month.
