New Zealand's elite swimmers are singing the praises of their altitude training camp in America.
A 10-strong team has been training in Arizona for the best part of the last four weeks.
Breaststroker Glenn Snyders says it's been hugely beneficial.
Snyders says he didn't know what to expect in his first trip to altitude, but it was a very good camp.
He says the naming of the Olympic sailing squad has brought a realisation the Games are very close.
