Tournament director Palmer steps down

Long time Heineken Open and ASB Classic tournament director Richard Palmer has announced he's stepping down.

Palmer's been tournament director for 14 years, and will continue to assist future tournaments by acting as a consultant.

Tennis Auckland is currently assessing their options to fill the role.
