Former champ confirmed for ASB Classic

A former champion has been confirmed for January's ASB Classic in Auckland.

Yesterday organisers announced German Julia Goerges was returning for another crack at the title.

Today tournament organiser Karl Budge says the 2010 winner is also returning.

Budge says world number 23 Belgian Yanina Wickmayer has signed on to play at the tournament as well.

Yanina Wickmayer has a career higher ranking of 12th in the world.
