They're behind before it's even started, but Team New Zealand's Camper are unfazed about their deficit going into leg four of the Volvo Ocean Race from Sanya to Auckland.
With the start of the leg proper delayed with bad weather, Camper's finished nine minutes behind Telefonica in a makeshift stage one.
That means they'll start behind the overall leaders when they start their journey to New Zealand today.
Skipper Chris Nicholson says in the big scheme of things it's not that much.
Nicholson says while it's a nice start, there'll be a lot of lead changes.
French syndicate Groupama will start in second, ahead of Abu Dhabi racing and Sanya.
