Jo Aleh and Polly Powrie have picked up where they left off in their return to sailing.

The Olympic 470 gold medallists have won all three races on the opening day of Sail Auckland, beating their males competitors.

London silver medallists Peter Burling and Blair Tuke made a commanding return to the sport, picking up a perfect set of results in their three men's 49er races.

JP Tobin leads the RS:X 9.5 field after the first day, while Andrew McKenzie heads the Laser Radial competition ahead of Olympian Sara Winther.
