2. A national sporting organisation needs to be bailed out by Sport New Zealand after financial mismanagement

3. Steven Adams is selected in the NBA draft and plays considerable minutes in his first season

4. The All Whites overcome the loss of several players to suspension to beat Honduras and qualify for the World Cup in Brazil

5. The Radio Sport touch team, Real Flanal, not only wins its Tuesday night competition, but goes on an unbeaten nationwide tour
