The greatest player in darts history is calling it quits.
Phil "The Power" Taylor has announced 2017 will be his last on the professional circuit.
Taylor said the grind of the circuit has become too much.
"It's hard, it really is."
He said he's now playing against youngsters who spend four to six hours a day practising and he can't do that anymore.
"I used to do that."
Taylor said it's now time for the new world number one Michael van Gerwen to be the ambassador for darts.
