Super Rugby kick-off times have been brought forward by half an hour next year, in a bid to be more conducive for families.

New Zealand games will kick off at 7:05 instead of 7:35, while eight weekend 5:15 games will now start at 4:45.

The competition will begin on Friday the 31st of January, two weeks earlier than this season's start date with the Blues hosting the Chiefs at Eden Park.
