Football Ferns squad for World Cup named

Football Ferns coach Tony Readings has named a largely settled squad for the FIFA women's World Cup next month.

The squad, captained by Abby Erceg, has 12 players with more than 50 international caps to their name.

Fullback Anna Green returns from injury and striker Emma Kete also earns a spot.

There's one debutant with goalkeeper Cushla Lichtwark, a former netballer, named.
