Disappointment for triathletes Andrea Hewitt and Nicky Samuels in Rio.

Hewitt's finished 7th and Samuels 13th after being part of the lead group heading on to the run.

Hewitt said the pack didn't break up on the bike leg as much as she expected.

She said the strongest girls were in the front group and when it didn't split up it became a lot tougher.

American Gwen Jorgensen has capped two seasons of dominance by winning gold from London champion Nicola Spirig.
